Returns & Exchanges

At AMANDAS HAIR SOLUTION’S stand behind the quality of our products.

If for any reason an item is shipped incorrectly or arrives defective or damaged, you have 48 hours from the time you received it to return it by following the steps below.

Please note that AMANDAS HAIR SOLUTION'S will not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been stored for more than 48 hours after receipt.

How to return a product:

On the packing slip that accompanied your order, circle each item you wish to return.

Enclose the packing slip with item(s) circled, along with the product(s) you are returning, in their original packaging.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

Refund will be made after we received the products, to the same credit card used in the order.

Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.



If items are received damaged, defective, or there is any item missing from your order, you must immediately claim these damages or missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order. If damaged, defective, or missing items are not claimed within the given period, AMANDAS HAIR SOLUTION’S  will not be responsible for refunding or replacing these items.

If for any reason an item is shipped incorrectly or arrives defective or damaged, you may exchange or return it within 48 hours from when you receive your order with your original receipt. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
